1. No Shipping Available

AJS does not offer shipping for any products, including retail items, chemicals, equipment, or accessories.

All online orders are available exclusively for In-Store Pickup at our physical location.

This policy ensures product accuracy, reduces damage risk, and allows our team to verify that you receive the correct items for your needs.

2. In-Store Pickup Only

2.1 Pickup Location

All orders must be picked up at:

2.2 Pickup Availability

Orders can be collected during our standard business hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 3:30pm

2.3 Order Confirmation

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email, text message, or phone call (depending on the contact information you provide at checkout).

Please bring your order confirmation or a valid ID when picking up your items.

3. Processing Times

Order processing times may vary based on product availability and store volume.
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Special-order items may take longer depending on vendor timelines.

4. Unclaimed Orders

We ask that customers pick up orders within 7 business days of notification.
Orders left unclaimed for 30 days may be automatically canceled and refunded, unless they contain special-order items, which may be subject to restocking fees or may be non-refundable.

5. Special-Order Items

Special-order products may require a non-refundable deposit.
Because these items are sourced specifically for your order, they may:

Require additional processing time
Be non-returnable
Be subject to restocking fees if unclaimed

6. Inventory & Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
If an item becomes unavailable, AJS may:

Offer an alternative product
Provide a refund
Adjust the order as requested
