Temporary Rental Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
Rental equipment is available only to customers with an active repair order through AJS Maintenance. -
Rental Agreement
All rentals require a signed rental agreement prior to equipment release. -
Rental Period
The rental period is an agreed-upon timeframe between America Janitorial Supplies and the customer during the customer’s active repair service. Rental periods may range from a few hours to multiple days, depending on availability and repair timelines. Customers may rent equipment from AJS multiple times during their machine’s service window, subject to availability and approval. -
Rental Fees
Rental fees are charged in addition to repair costs and must be paid in accordance with AJS payment policies. -
Equipment Condition
All rental equipment is provided in clean, working condition and must be returned in similar condition, excluding normal wear and tear. -
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper operation, routine care, and safe use of the equipment during the rental period. -
Damage, Loss, or Misuse
The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or misuse of rental equipment and may be charged for repair or replacement. -
Maintenance and Repairs
Only AJS technicians are authorized to perform maintenance or repairs on rental equipment. -
Return of Equipment
Rental equipment must be returned promptly at the end of the agreed-upon rental period. Failure to return equipment on time may result in additional rental fees and other applicable charges. If the equipment is not returned within two (2) weeks following the end of the agreed-upon rental period, America Janitorial Supplies reserves the right to take further action, in addition to assessing multiple fees, to recover the equipment and associated costs. -
Right to Modify or Refuse
AJS reserves the right to limit, modify, or refuse rental services based on availability, customer history, or policy compliance.
