Yes. Our technician will begin with an initial visual inspection of your cleaning machine at no charge. If further evaluation is required, this may involve disassembling components to perform in-depth diagnostics. Once this detailed diagnostic process begins, a standard diagnostic fee will apply. This ensures an accurate assessment and allows us to provide you with a clear, reliable repair recommendation.

Repair timelines vary depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of parts. Minor repairs can often be completed within a few hours to one business day, while more complex repairs may take one to two business days. Please note that all repair timelines depend on current parts inventory, and repairs requiring special-order components may take additional time. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process to ensure clear expectations and timely service.

We provide a 30-day limited labor warranty on completed repairs. Parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only. Misuse, improper operation, or unrelated new issues are not covered.

Yes. Equipment should be free of debris, liquids, and hazardous materials. Machines that arrive dirty may incur cleaning fees or be refused for safety reasons.

Rental machines are available exclusively to customers who currently have equipment being serviced by AJS Maintenance. This service is offered for an additional fee to help reduce downtime while repairs are being completed. Availability is limited and subject to inventory.
